Dispatch
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are picked the same day. Anything after that goes out the next morning. You will get a tracking reference as soon as the label is generated, and the order status updates in your account.
Larger items
Full-motion mounts and sync-box backlight kits ship in their own boxes. If your order mixes larger and small items, it may arrive in more than one parcel — you are not charged twice.
Returns
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Start a return from the order in your order history and we will send a label. Full terms are on the warranty page.
